As part of 'Ageing Better with an Active Mind', we are delighted to invite you to an interactive workshop exploring how songs and singing support memory, wellbeing, and social connection.
This session will bring the latest research directly to the community and has been co-created with u3a UK (The Third Age Trust) Aughton & Ormskirk, ensuring it is accessible and relevant to everyday life.

The workshop will be led by Karen Ludke, Senior Lecturer at Edge Hill University, whose research explores the links between music, language, and memory.
